Hello there! I'm Mithun, a certified canine nutritionist & the founder
of Krypto's Kanine Nutrition, where I specialize in canine nutrition and strive to promote a chemical-free, holistic, and healthy lifestyle for dogs.
My passion for animals, particularly dogs, began at a young age when I was around
4 or 5 years old. Growing up, I was fortunate to be surrounded by many animals.
It all started when I rescued my first pup behind my school during my 3rd grade.
In 2019, I decided to study Canine Nutrition to deepen my understanding of the impact of nutrition on dogs' behavior and overall well-being.
I hold several certifications, including PFNS, ACNS, RDFNS, ACHS, CEOS, and ACHS (in Canine Homeopathy). I am also certified by the World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) in Nutrition Guidelines, specializing in Hereditary Diseases and Shelter Medicine. Additionally, I have completed courses on "Dog Emotion & Cognition" from Duke University and "Animal Behaviour & Welfare" from the University of Edinburgh.
Launching Krypto's Kanine Nutrition in early 2020, I have assisted over 500 pet parents across various countries such as India, USA, UK, Australia, Turkey, Kenya, Lagos, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Bahrain, France, and more. I provide Balanced Meal Plans tailored to their dogs' needs, whether it's for general maintenance, growth and development, or addressing specific health concerns like Heart Disease, Liver Disease, Renal Disease, Joint Conditions, Cancer, Gastrointestinal issues, and others. My collaboration with pet industry corporations has allowed me to develop commercial NRC-balanced recipes in cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, NCR, Surat, Egypt, and Kenya.
To ensure a comprehensive approach to health, I collaborate with Veterinarians, Surgeons, Trainers, and Behaviorists, as I believe that multiple perspectives are essential.
Currently, I am pursuing advanced canine nutrition certifications from CASI (Companion Animal Sciences Institute). In the near future, I plan to obtain clinical pet nutrition certifications from ANHS (Academy of Natural Health Sciences) because the world of nutrition is constantly evolving, and there is always more to learn.
Furthermore, I actively participate in adoption efforts and strive to help dogs find their forever homes. I also regularly feed around 30-40 stray dogs near my home.
Every day, I pray for the positivity, strength, and knowledge to use food as a means to heal dogs. Yes, spirituality is an important aspect of my life!🙏
